Convicted of murder twice and acquitted twice, the now free due to lack of evidence, Raffaele Sollecito has taken to writing, much like his former lover, ‘autore di assassino’ Amanda Knox. The book is titled, “A step out of the night – All that you have never dreamed of me.” Many may view this book as yet more blood money being made from the murder of Meredith Kercher. Knox and Sollecito have already garnered millions talking about her tragic death.

Defense for Boston Marathon murderer wants to look at jurors social media accounts
August 24, 2015: Judge O’Toole has denied requests by the lawyers for Boston bomber, DzhokharTsarnaev, for the names of the jurors who sentenced him to death three months ago. The Boston Globe also requested the identities of the jury.
Teen brothers may have taken videos while killing parents and three siblings
It is being reported on August 23, 2015 that the two Oklahoma brothers, Robert Bever, 18, and Michael Bever, 16 may have uploaded a video of their attacks on Youtube. They stabbed their family members on July 22, 2015. Daniel, 12; Christopher, 7; Victoria, 5; and parents David, 52, and April, 44 were found dead on the scene. Their 13-year-old sister, Crystal, was injured but survived, while their other sister Autumn, 2, was unharmed.

12-year-old Slenderman stabbers plead ‘not guilty’ – trial starts in October
It is being reported on August 21, 2015 that the two12-year-old girls who attempted to kill their friend in a sacrifice to the fictitious character Slenderman, plead not guilty in court today. The two girls, Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier, now 13, are being tried as adults and face decades in prison.

Judge ruled on pre-trial motions in favor of prosecutors in Hannah Graham murder trial
It is being reported on August 20, 2015 that the judge has ruled on the pre-trial motions presented by murder suspect Jesse L. Matthew Jr’s defense. “Jesse L. Matthew Jr., 33, appeared in a Charlottesville courtroom Thursday afternoon for a series of motions in the capital murder case against him . . . Matthew was originally charged with first-degree murder, but prosecutors upgraded the charge to capital murder in May after consulting with Graham’s family and weighing the impact on the community.”

It is being reported on August 20, 2015 that Oscar Pistorius may have to wait up to four months for the review board to make a decision about his early release. Pistorius was sentence to five years or 60 months for the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

Judge decides on pre-trial motion in Hannah Graham murder case

It is being reported on August 20, 2015 that a judge is deciding on the pre-trial motions of Hannah Graham’s murder case. Jesse Matthew Jr. has been charged with abducting and murdering the University of Virginia student. Graham went missing on September 12, 2014 which set off a nationwide manhunt. Surveillance video showed Graham with Matthew and a month later Graham’s remains were found in Albemarle County.
