It is being reported on August 20, 2015 that a judge is deciding on the pre-trial motions of Hannah Graham’s murder case. Jesse Matthew Jr. has been charged with abducting and murdering the University of Virginia student. Graham went missing on September 12, 2014 which set off a nationwide manhunt. Surveillance video showed Graham with Matthew and a month later Graham’s remains were found in Albemarle County.

Lawyers for Boston Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, said in court on Monday, August 17, 2015 that “he deserves a new trial in a different location where jurors will be impartial.” The bomber’s defense claims that there was so much support for the victims of the Boston marathon bombing that, in the defense’s opinion, it denied him a fair trial.

On August 14, 2015 a psychologist testified in court that Shayna Hubers, “has a narcissistic personality, a damaged self-image and an ‘extreme difficulty with rejection.'” Hubers, 24, was found guilty of shooting Ryan Poston, 29, six times and watched him die before calling for help. She was sentenced to life in prison.

In an email to Judge Nencini, Amanda Knox declared,
“I am not a psychopath.”
But can we believe her? After all, psychopaths are pathological liars and Knox has been caught up in more than a few mistruths. One way to analyze whether or not Foxy Knoxy is a psychopath has been outlined in Dr. Kent A Kiehl’s book, The Psychopath Whisperer. British student, Meredith Kercher, was stabbed to death in Perugia, Italy on November 1, 2007. The exact cause or reasons which led to the homicide is still not completely known. Evidence from the crime scene points to three individuals involved with her murder: Raffaele Sollecito, Rudy Guede and Amanda Knox. Meredith’s mother Arline Kercher has stated, “I think it happened to Meredith because she was all that they weren’t.” Before and after the murder, Amanda Knox showed tendencies of being competitive and possibly even obsessed with Meredith Kercher. Knox seems to compete with Meredith in life and death. Amanda Knox has attempted to ‘outfox’ Meredith over men, music videos, and career. On top of all of this Knox has taunted Meredith’s family by mainstream media outlets and has seemingly approved of her supporters harassing the Kerchers via social media.

January 22,2015 Amanda Knox‘s former paramour, Raffaele Sollecito, will be going back to court to face defamation charges because of what he wrote in his book Honor Bound. It’s being reported that Sollecito and his ghost-writer, Andrew Gumbel will have ” . . to answer for the crimes of aggravated defamation and contempt for having seriously offended the work of the judiciary, Dr. Mignini and the State Police.” This trial is separate from the Supreme court’s final ruling regarding the murder of Meredith Kercher in March 2015.

As Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito exhaust their final appeal and await their the verdict from the Italian Supreme Court on March 25,2015, their followers actively tweet on their behalf. It is believed that some if not all are paid to tweet support for the two convicted killers.
In a Ted-ed talk video titled “The Language of Lying,” Noah Zandan describes several indicators that are the red flags for when someone is lying. Mr. Zandan’s background is published on the Rockway Foundation website: “Noah is currently the Founder and President of a communications analytics startup called Quantified Impressions, has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he studied Economics.”
