Italian Supreme Court stated in final reasoning report that Amanda Knox was present when Meredith Kercher was murdered and she washed Meredith’s blood from her hands as evidenced by 5 samples of mixed blood of Amanda Knox and Meredith Kercher in the smaller bathroom.
It is being reported in Italian news that the Italian Supreme court, which released a reasoning report for Amanda Knox and Raffael Sollecito’s acquittal did not exonerate them. On the contrary, the ISC said that there was “strong suspicion” that Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito did stab Meredith Kercher to death.

Amanda Knox was acquitted of murder back in March due to insufficient evidence but her conviction of calunnia or criminal slander was upheld. Knox falsely accused her former boss Patrick Lumumba for the murder of Meredith Kercher and as a result she was sentenced to four years which was time served in Capanne Prison.
Amanda Knox’s former flame, Raffaele Sollecito is back in the news. It is being reported that an Italian judge has set the date for his next trial to start on May 13, 2016. Sollecito is going back to court to face a defamation lawsuit from statements made in his book, Honor Bound.
