On September 12, 2016, Amanda Knox’s ex-boyfriend-of-seven-days decided to give a podcast interview. The show is appropriately called, The Dark Room, where it shines a favorable light on Raffaele Sollecito while keeping the public in the dark about the facts of the Meredith Kercher murder case.
In an obviously rehearsed monologue, Sollecito doesn’t seem to hear the first question before embarking on his rant. The knife-collector recounts his latest rendition of what he supposedly did the night of the murder. The problem is that Sollecito’s new alibi for his activities on the evening of November 1, 2007 contradicts what he told a judge in court back in 2007, shortly after the crime.
” . . .with vampiristic prowess, [Amanda Knox] sucks harder on the fame machine – and has been busy promoting her documentary at the Toronto Film Festival.”
As Amanda Knox’s new documentary is heavily publicized, many mainstream media outlets have been publishing gushing reviews. The only problem with most of these reviews is that they contain many factual errors. Once example is in a review written in Vanity Fair Magazine which misquoted Perugian prosecutor Dr. Mignini. Over and over writers are getting the facts wrong about the murder of Meredith Kercher case. The latest pack of lies is courtesy of Kate Leaver She wrote an article titled, “Freeing ‘Foxy Knoxy’: Why People Are So Obsessed with Amanda Knox”
.
Below is a list of the mistakes she made:
“Knox and Sollecito spent nearly four years in jail in Italy, before their release in 2011 and exoneration by the Supreme Court of Italy in 2015”
Wrong. Knox and Sollecito were acquitted due to insufficient evidence, they were not found innocent of the crime and Knox’s conviction for calunnia was upheld by the Italian Supreme Court. Knox owes Lumumba 10,000 euros in damages which she refuses to pay.
The Italian Supreme Court states in its final verdict that they were forced to acquit Knox and Sollecito because of investigative errors:
On June 27, 2011 Rolling Stone Magazine published an article by Nathaniel Rich titled: The Neverending Nightmare of Amanda Knox The writer did a poor job. It was amateur work: there were false public relations points all over it, and the writer didn’t even try to be objective. But that wasn’t the worst of it. Thanks to the proliferation of pro-defense propaganda identical to that littered throughout the Rolling Stone article, Meredith Kercher was denied justice.
Nathaniel Rich’s article is lengthy and filled with factual errors. Some parts were well-written, he is a talented writer. However, in this case, he wrote a clearly biased article. His story was widely circulated by pro-defense supporters. For the sake of brevity, this article will jump to the most egregious errors found.
Rich stated in his article,
“When the prosecutor hypothesizes that the victim was slaughtered during a satanic ritual orgy, you’ve got the crime story of a decade.”
The prosecutor, Dr. Giuliano Mignini, never said that there was a satanic ritual or any type of satanism ever. This was a lie created by supporters of Amanda Knox in order to turn public opinion against the prosecution. Nowhere in any of the court transcripts interviews, or testimonies, available here, was satanism or witchcraft ever mentioned by the prosecutor. This accusation has been repeated incessantly by various Amanda Knox supporters in an attempt to disparage a well-respected public prosecutor.
Rich then mentions a U.S. senator who questioned whether Knox got a fair trial, referring to Senator Maria Cantwell from WA, hometown of Amanda Knox and her public relations firm Gogerty Marriott.
In case you haven’t HEARD, Miss WAITING-TO-BE, Amanda Knox, has a new netflix documentary coming out. It looks like this documentary will be painting the ‘assassina’ with innocent strokes. However, the public has become much more well-informed about the murder case of Meredith Kercher so Amanda and her public relations fiends friends will have a much more difficult time of pulling the wool over American’s eyes as they have done in the past.
So with this new documentary which is set to premier at the Toronto Film Festival (TIFF) in September, it seems only appropriate with such an acronym to have another PHOTOSHOP Contest!!

It is well-known that Amanda Knox accused Patrick Lumumba of murder on November 5, 2007. This led her to be convicted of calunnia or criminal slander. A conviction upheld by the Italian Supreme Court in 2015. Now Amanda Knox is trying to appeal this conviction through the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). She claims the police coerced her to name Patrick. However, there is evidence that Amanda Knox conspired with Raffaele Sollecito to blame Patrick Lumumba the day before Amanda accused Patrick.
It is being reported on August 2, 2016 that Rudy Guede, Amanda Knox’s co-accused in the murder of Meredith Kercher, has filed a petition for a retrial. Guede’s defense team argues that his sentence is incompatible with the acquittals that Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito received for the same crime. They want to overturn his conviction.

If all you know about the murder case of Meredith Kercher is from reading Amanda Knox’s memoir, then you’d better read this.
Amanda Knox’s 500 page memoir, Waiting to be Heard has been described as:
” . . . insulting, inflammatory, literally makes hundreds of false claims, slimes many, accuses others of crimes, whitewashes AK’s history—including banging a coke dealer for drugs, greatly distorts the factual evidence, and makes very little sense, even to those who have not followed the case closely.” (truejustice.org)
Her memoir was meant to bolster her defense position in an ongoing murder trial. In it she sanitizes her story while exacting revenge on people she didn’t like. In colloquial terms, Amanda’s memoir is an attempt to portray herself as a ‘Hannah’ when in reality she was a ‘Miley.’
This ebook scrutinizes Amanda Knox’s own words and reveals what is fact and what is fiction by comparing Knox’s account with official documentation and other witness accounts.
This ebook also delves into how Amanda describes events and what that reveals. This analysis is done in an informal, conversational way but sticks to the documented facts.
It is being reported on July 13, 2016, that Rudy Guede will graduate this Saturday, July 16th, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with Honors. Rudy Guede was the third man tried for the murder of Meredith Kercher along with Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito.
