Manipulative Memoir Pt 2 proves Amanda Knox was hostile to police from day one

Amanda Knox recently wrote an article claiming that woman are more susceptible to confessing to a crime that they didn’t commit.  Regardless of whether that is the case or not, the fact is that Amanda Knox was not influenced by patriarchal pressure to submit to police pressure.  Far from it as shown in the new book:  The Manipulative Memoir of Amanda Knox Part 2.

While some may debate whether she was involved or not, it is an ineluctable fact that Amanda Knox has made a considerable fortune from the murder of Meredith Kercher. Even after raking in millions from her book deal, interviews and donations, Amanda Knox and her family have always claimed to be destitute from the legal fees. However, it turns out that President Donald Trump paid Amanda’s legal tab.  No only this, she never even thanked him for it.

Amanda Knox’s co-defendant Rudy Guede is granted an new trial

guedecourt

As reported here last August, Amanda Knox’s co-defendant in the murder of Meredith Kercher trial, Rudy Guede, applied for a retrial.  Now the news has recently been published all over Italian media and barely mentioned in the American media.  Rudy Guede has been granted a review for a retrial.  It is set to take place on December 20, 2016.

This has no doubt sent seismic waves traveling from the recently earthquake rattled Perugian countryside all the way to Puget Sound. While Amanda Knox continues to explain why she stabbed President Trump in the back, what is really eating away at her Hillary-loving-heart is Guede’s upcoming trial.

The Netflix documentary which was released on September 30, 2016, has proven to be another propaganda piece for the convicted slanderer who escaped justice in the murder of Meredith Kercher.  The creators of the film have been advocating for Knox for years while misleading viewers about their slanted view of the case.

More PR propaganda: “Freeing ‘Foxy Knoxy’: Why People Are So Obsessed with Amanda Knox”

Over and over writers are getting the facts wrong about the murder of Meredith Kercher case.  The latest pack of lies is courtesy of Kate Leaver  She wrote an article titled, “Freeing ‘Foxy Knoxy’: Why People Are So Obsessed with Amanda Knox”
.

Below is a list of the mistakes she made:

“Knox and Sollecito spent nearly four years in jail in Italy, before their release in 2011 and exoneration by the Supreme Court of Italy in 2015”

Wrong. Knox and Sollecito were acquitted due to insufficient evidence, they were not found innocent of the crime and Knox’s conviction for calunnia was upheld by the Italian Supreme Court.  Knox owes Lumumba 10,000 euros in damages which she refuses to pay.

The Italian Supreme Court states in its final verdict that they were forced to acquit Knox and Sollecito because of investigative errors:

“Therefore the use of logic and intuition cannot compensate for shortfalls in
proofs or investigative inefficiency. In the face of a missing, insufficient or contradictory proof, the judge must limit himself to accepting that and deliver an acquittal sentence, according to  article 530, chapter 2, of the code of criminal procedure, even if driven by an authentic moral conviction of the guilt of the accused [Knox and Sollecito].”

ECHR: Evidence that the police did NOT cause Amanda Knox to falsely accuse Patrick Lumumba of murder

calendarBlack.png

It is well-known that Amanda Knox accused Patrick Lumumba of murder on November 5, 2007.  This led her to be convicted of calunnia or criminal slander.   A conviction upheld by the Italian Supreme Court in 2015.   Now Amanda Knox is trying to appeal this conviction through the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).  She claims the police coerced her to name Patrick.  However, there is evidence that Amanda Knox conspired with Raffaele Sollecito to blame Patrick Lumumba the day before Amanda accused Patrick.

It is being reported on August 2, 2016 that  Rudy Guede, Amanda Knox’s co-accused in the murder of Meredith Kercher, has filed a petition for a retrial.  Guede’s defense team argues that his sentence is incompatible with the acquittals that Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito received for the same crime.  They want to overturn his conviction.

If all you know about the murder case of Meredith Kercher is from reading Amanda Knox’s memoir, then you’d better read this.
Amanda Knox’s 500 page memoir, Waiting to be Heard has been described as:
” . . . insulting, inflammatory, literally makes hundreds of false claims, slimes many, accuses others of crimes, whitewashes AK’s history—including banging a coke dealer for drugs, greatly distorts the factual evidence, and makes very little sense, even to those who have not followed the case closely.” (truejustice.org)

Her memoir was meant to bolster her defense position in an ongoing murder trial. In it she sanitizes her story while exacting revenge on people she didn’t like. In colloquial terms, Amanda’s memoir is an attempt to portray herself as a ‘Hannah’ when in reality she was a ‘Miley.’

This ebook scrutinizes Amanda Knox’s own words and reveals what is fact and what is fiction by comparing Knox’s account with official documentation and other witness accounts.

This ebook also delves into how Amanda describes events and what that reveals. This analysis is done in an informal, conversational way but sticks to the documented facts.
