It is being reported on December 29, 2015 that two N.Y. postal workers have been arrested for not delivering all of their mail and stealing gift cards.  Daniel Darby and James Hayden are each facing separate charges for mishandling U.S. mail.

Daniel Darby was a mailman in Queens while Haydean delivered mail in Brooklyn.  “U.S. Postal Service agents from the agency’s office of inspector general targeted both men after receiving complaints from the public.”

While under surveillance, Darby was caught dumping three garbage bags stuffed with mail.  After he was confronted by authorities, he sheepishly stated that he felt overwhelmed by the amount of letters he needed to deliver.  Darby also admitted to opening some envelopes to see what was inside.

His co-worker, James Hayden, was also detained after he was caught opening mail and stealing gift cards.  “Agents confronted him with surveillance footage of him – in his postal uniform – shopping in stores in Red Hook and paying for the items with gift cards that he allegedly stole.”

Hayden admitted to Special Agent Jonathan Jominez that he had been stealing from the mail for approximately one year.  Agents found some stolen gift cards in Hayden’s wallet.  “The complaint states that Hayden admitted stealing about 50 gift cards worth a total of $1,000. He targeted mail that he believed contained gift cards. “

It is being reported on December 29, 2016 that Ethan Couch, 18, the ‘Affluenza teen’ so named because a psychologist diagnosed him as unable to tell the difference between right and wrong due to the fact that his wealthy parents spoiled him, has been apprehended.

Couch violated his probation by skipping town with his mother to avoid the regular drug tests and visits to his parole officer.  Couch was sentenced to ten years probation in 2014 after he killed four people and injured two others while drunk driving.

With his reddish-blond hair dyed black, Couch was found by Mexican authorities with his mother, last night, near the popular beach resort of Puerto Vallarta.  They were first reported missing 13 days ago.

Couch had avoided prison time with his ‘Affluenza’ defense but now that he has violated probation he will face the judge on January 19, 2016 to decide what his new sentence will be.

Now his mother, Tonya Couch, 48, also faces charges for hindering apprehension, a third-degree felony punishable by a maximum 10 year sentence.  A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

It is believed that he ran away after a video of him surfaced, showing him playing a drinking game with friends.  He is not allowed to drink while on probation and this may lead to additional charges.

courtney.ak1.2a

Two suspicious deaths and two women who have been made infamous because of them.  Kurt Cobain was found dead on April 8, 1994.  Many believe his wife (whom he was about to divorce) Courtney Love orchestrated his death.  A new documentary released in 2015 titled, “Soaked in Bleach” includes retired Seattle Chief-of-police stating that he believes the case should be re-opened.  There is an abundance of evidence pointing to Courtney Love’s involvement with Kurt’s death.

Meredith Kercher was found dead on November 2, 2007.  Prosecutors believe that her roommate, Amanda Knox, orchestrated her death.  While she and her boyfriend have been set free, the judges deemed that they were both under ‘strong suspicion‘ of being responsible.  (The ISC ruled that Knox was present in the cottage and that she washed off her victim’s blood from her hands.)

Two women, strongly suspected of murder, Courtney Love and Amanda Knox have a lot in common:

NYPD need your help identifying ‘model slasher’

It is being reported on December 22, 2015 that a well-dressed black woman in her 30s was captured on video slashing passengers in the face on an A train, near Jay Street stop, at 7:00pm last Friday.

The modelesque attacker threatened a man and woman, saying, “I’m going to cut you. And I’m going to get away with it.”  The man and woman are seen moving away from her and the man yells at her to stop following him.

The slasher then notices that another passenger is taking the video of her and she stops to pose for the camera while telling him to make sure to get her good side.  A few moments later the six-foot-tall perpetrator lunged at the man and woman with the unidentified sharp object.

The couple fought back while a third male passenger held the woman’s arms back.  No one else got involved and the woman was allowed to escape.  The couple received small cuts to their face but refused medical assistance.

“Police describe the suspect as black, approximately 30 years old, 6’0″ tall, 180 pounds with black hair. She was last seen wearing a black sheer blouse, black pants, black shoes, a yellow coat and carrying a red purse.”

It is being reported on December 19, 2015 that 57-year-old Diane Wagner of Hopatcong, NJ is being sued by her ex-husband for calling him names on her alimony checks to him. His lawyer is suing her for unspecified damages claiming that the malicious memos on the checks she wrote, have caused her ex-husband emotional distress.

Ms. Wagner finalized her divorce from her husband, Francis Wagner, 61, of Denville, N.J., a year ago.  She initiated the separation after a decade of matrimony alleging that she suffered for years from his alcoholic outbursts.  In the end she was ordered to pay him $186 per week of alimony until 2020.

Ms. Wagner stated that she paid the weekly amounts religiously. “As far as I’m concerned I can write anything I want on the memo line because it’s a note to myself.  I was the victim in that marriage. What more blood does he want from me?”

Ms. Wagner allegedly wrote on the memo line of the checks, “Alimony/Adult Child Support,” “bum,” “loser,” and most recently “FOAD.”  She declined to elaborate on what the acronym stood for, maintaining that it was just a note to herself.  According to Urban Dictionary online FOAD stands for F– Off And Die.
