NYPD need your help identifying ‘model slasher’

It is being reported on December 22, 2015 that a well-dressed black woman in her 30s was captured on video slashing passengers in the face on an A train, near Jay Street stop, at 7:00pm last Friday.

The modelesque attacker threatened a man and woman, saying, “I’m going to cut you. And I’m going to get away with it.”  The man and woman are seen moving away from her and the man yells at her to stop following him.

The slasher then notices that another passenger is taking the video of her and she stops to pose for the camera while telling him to make sure to get her good side.  A few moments later the six-foot-tall perpetrator lunged at the man and woman with the unidentified sharp object.

The couple fought back while a third male passenger held the woman’s arms back.  No one else got involved and the woman was allowed to escape.  The couple received small cuts to their face but refused medical assistance.

“Police describe the suspect as black, approximately 30 years old, 6’0″ tall, 180 pounds with black hair. She was last seen wearing a black sheer blouse, black pants, black shoes, a yellow coat and carrying a red purse.”

Police are looking for this woman and ask that if anyone recognizes her to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). You can also submit a tip by visiting the Crime Stoppers website or by texting a tip to 274637 (CRIMES) and then entering TIP577.

All calls are kept confidential.

It is being reported on December 19, 2015 that 57-year-old Diane Wagner of Hopatcong, NJ is being sued by her ex-husband for calling him names on her alimony checks to him. His lawyer is suing her for unspecified damages claiming that the malicious memos on the checks she wrote, have caused her ex-husband emotional distress.

Ms. Wagner finalized her divorce from her husband, Francis Wagner, 61, of Denville, N.J., a year ago.  She initiated the separation after a decade of matrimony alleging that she suffered for years from his alcoholic outbursts.  In the end she was ordered to pay him $186 per week of alimony until 2020.

Ms. Wagner stated that she paid the weekly amounts religiously. “As far as I’m concerned I can write anything I want on the memo line because it’s a note to myself.  I was the victim in that marriage. What more blood does he want from me?”

Ms. Wagner allegedly wrote on the memo line of the checks, “Alimony/Adult Child Support,” “bum,” “loser,” and most recently “FOAD.”  She declined to elaborate on what the acronym stood for, maintaining that it was just a note to herself.  According to Urban Dictionary online FOAD stands for F– Off And Die.
