Amanda Knox was a 20-year-old foreign exchange student when she arrested for the murder of Meredith Kercher.  Amanda’s suspiciously cold behavior attracted attention immediately.  Starting from lying to the postal police that Meredith always locked her door, kissing her boyfriend outside of the murder scene as the Italian police (Carabinieri) were called in to inspect and cordon off the area.

‘By the way, I quarrelled with my American flatmate.’   Meredith mentioned it in passing, and Stephanie didn’t think of asking what the row had been about.”

Amanda Knox the multi-million-dollar-woman

It is being reported on May 20, 2016 that Amanda Knox has won the right to appeal her slander conviction from Italy through the European Court of Human Rights.  Along with her slander appeal Knox’s lawyer said, ” . . .he is preparing to seek damages from the government for her wrongful detention, and would file soon. The maximum allowed by law is 500,000 euros ($560,500).”   This is a significant sum of money and it brings up the question of how much Amanda Knox has collected over the years from interviews, magazine photo spreads, book deal, fundraisers and donations.  After doing some research it appears that Amanda Knox has received approximately fifteen million dollars, not including private donations which are unreported.

Amanda Knox sues Italy ‘Look what you’ve done to me’

It is being reported on May 17, 2016 that an appeal filed by Amanda Knox with the European Court of Human Rights has been accepted.  “In the appeal, Knox says she was subjected to an unfair trial and was maltreated during questioning.”   In addition, Knox says her rights to privacy and family life were denied by the Italian government.  Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito were acquitted by the Italian Supreme Court for the murder of Meredith Kercher in 2015, however Knox’s conviction for slander was upheld.  Knox  falsely accused her boss, Patrick Lumumba, for the murder three separate times.  Knox simultaneously incriminated herself stating that she was at the crime scene with Lumumba.  Knox never recanted her accusation against Lumumba and he was given an alibi and released two weeks later.

Texas police work with NYPD to capture Missy Bevers killer

It is being reported on May 9, 2016 that authorities in Texas are teaming up with New York police to trace the cell phone signals pertaining to the murder of Terri “Missy” Bevers.  It is believed that the perpetrator took a cell phone video during the attack.

The NYPD offered the use of devices called Stingrays which allow authorities to track cell phone pings which help to establish the location of a cell phone between the cellular towers.  By narrowing down the phone where the homicide took place, the police may be able to finally identify the killer.

Is suspect a male or female? Police need public’s help

It is being reported on April 22, 2016 that Police in Midlothian, TX are asking the public for help in identifying a murder suspect.  A 45-year-old woman , Missy Bevers, was attacked and killed Creekside Church of Christ at around 4:00 AM Monday, April 18, 2016.  A suspect wearing police gear was captured by motion-activated surveillance cameras in the church shortly before the murder.

20,000 sign petition to stop Amanda Knox ex from being on TV

After the international publicity announcing Amanda Knox’s ex-lover, Raffaele Sollecito being hired as a crime expert on Italian TV, thousands of people signed a petition to stop him.  A Change.org petition was created in Italian to be sent to the director of Tgcom24, Paul Landry, asking him to remove Sollecito from their program, ‘The Yellow of the week.’

Homicidal hygienist now FBI’s most wanted

It is being reported on April 7, 2016 that the homicidal hygienist, Brenda Delgado, who orchestrated a hit on a Dallas dentist on  has now made the FBI “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list. Delgado hired a man and woman to murder 35-year-old pediatric dentist, Dr. Kendra Hatcher in a parking garage on September 2, 2015.

A prisoner serves a sixteen-year-sentence for a murder that the courts have declared he did not commit, while a former murder convict is currently being touted as a “crime expert.”  Before this, a creative writing major was blasted across the media waves as a “journalist”  Such are the public relations antics being played out in the news.  All part of an ongoing communications war between three devious defendants in the Meredith Kercher murder case:  Rudy Guede, Raffaele Sollecito and Amanda Knox.  So far the score is: two acquittals, one conviction.
