Rutgers professor files motion against conviction of sexually assaulting a disabled man

It is being reported on November 8, 2015 that the former head of the philosophy department at Rutgers-Newark University, Anna Stubblefield, has requested an acquittal or new trial after her conviction on October 2, 2015 for sexual assault.  “Stubblefield was convicted  . . . of two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault. The sexual acts occurred in her Newark office in 2011.”

Rutgers professor convicted of forbidden love

It is being reported on October 2, 2015 that a Rutgers philosophy professor, Anna Stubblefield, was convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault in a New Jersey courtroom today.  She was found guilty of having sexual relations with a 34-year-old disabled man.

It is being reported on September 18, 2015  that a psychologist has testified that a severely disabled man could not have agreed to sexual activities.  The trial is still ongoing in the case of the Rutgers professor, Anna Stubblefield, 46, who claims that a 34-year-old disabled man fell in love with her and consented to sexual relationship.

NJ woman accused of sexually assaulting man in wheelchair

It is being reported on September 10, 2015 that the first day of a trial against Rutgers professor, Anna Stubblefield, 46, charged with two counts of sexual assault against her former patient, a 34-year-old man known as ‘D.J’ who suffers from cerebral palsy.  The alleged incident occurred in Newark N.J. in 2011.
