$4,500 reward for information on dog abuser in SoCal

It is being reported on August 26, 2015 that authorities are seeking information on the identity of an animal abuser.  Five dogs in the last two months have been found with severe burns in Lancaster and Kern County in Southern California.

Veterinarians believe that someone is pouring gas on the dogs and setting them on fire.  Some of the afflicted animals have had to be euthanized because their burns were so severe.  Four pit bulls and one golden retriever has been attacked.  The pit bulls were attacked in Lancaster while the retriever was scalded in Kern.

“A $4,500 reward, a portion of which came from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, is being offered for information leading to an arrest.”
