On the 10th anniversary of Meredit Kercher’s murder, Italian television show Punti di Vista invited some of the main figures from the Meredith Kercher murder trial on the show. They discussed the implications of the trial, the problems with the way the American PR media reported on the case and cleared up some of the biggest fallacies repeated about the case.
Amanda Knox and her public relations firm must be thrilled. They have managed to have their lies spun in a college paper, “What Not to Do When Your Roommate Is Murdered in Italy: Amanda Knox, Her ‘Strange’ Behavior, and the Italian Legal System” by Martha Grace Duncan. Eighty-one pages long and citing all pro-innocence books and articles. The paper includes many factual errors; a few will be corrected here.

Book review: Extradition by Nick van der Leek
If you are interested in the Meredith Kercher case and want to know why Amanda Knox murdered her and how her public relations firm assisted in perverting the course of justice, then you must read Extradition by Nick van der Leek. This book covers the events surrounding the time after Amanda Knox returned to the U.S. through the Nencini trial where she and Raffaele Sollecito were found guilty.
Book review: Despicable
If you are interested in the murder of Meredith Kercher case aka Amanda Knox case then Nick van der Leek’s books are a must read. He covers the case chronologically in his series of ebooks about this case. DESPICABLE encompasses the first trial where Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito were definitively found guilty.
Rudy Guede was the third person accused of murdering Meredith Kercher along with Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito in 2007. Guede’s lawyer at the time, decided to hold his trial separately since he was the only black man and his lawyer knew that Knox and Sollecito’s defense team would try to pin everything on him.
Guede was found guilty in 2008 while Knox and Sollecito were found guilty in 2009. Rudy was sentenced to 30 years which was reduced to a 16 year sentence since he was only considered an accomplice to the crime. The courts did not believe that Rudy acted alone, but that he was there. This was reiterated by the Italian Supreme court’s final report after they acquitted Knox and Sollecito in 2015.
Amanda Knox recently wrote an article claiming that woman are more susceptible to confessing to a crime that they didn’t commit. Regardless of whether that is the case or not, the fact is that Amanda Knox was not influenced by patriarchal pressure to submit to police pressure. Amanda Knox’s documentary was released in September 2016. The film was created by ardent long-time supporters of Knox. The film centered around Amanda’s experience of the tragic death of a 21-year-old British exchange student Meredith Kercher. The documentary flashed many crime scene photographs, including some showing Meredith’s lifeless body. These photos were included ostensibly without permission from the victim’s family. After the movie aired, many incomprehensibly turned to social media to attack a journalist name Nick Pisa.

As reported here last August, Amanda Knox’s co-defendant in the murder of Meredith Kercher trial, Rudy Guede, applied for a retrial. Now the news has recently been published all over Italian media and barely mentioned in the American media. Rudy Guede has been granted a review for a retrial. It is set to take place on December 20, 2016.
This has no doubt sent seismic waves traveling from the recently earthquake rattled Perugian countryside all the way to Puget Sound. While Amanda Knox continues to explain why she stabbed President Trump in the back, what is really eating away at her Hillary-loving-heart is Guede’s upcoming trial.
