I first became aware of Smugnurse aka Kaleigh Zimmerman in 2023 when I read an article on Dr. William Makis’s substack. He wrote about this 34-year-old nurse who allegedly suffered a stroke after taking the covid shot. She appeared to be one of many young people suffering catastrophic adverse effects from the jab. Kaleigh was one of the rabid activists who claimed to fight against vaccine/Ivermectin misinformation with her TikTok vigilante group called the Nurse Mafia.
I decided to inspect Smugnurse’s activities on social media.
The more I scrolled Smugnurse’s and her ‘online activism’ the more crimes I uncovered. Smug belonged to a group calling itself the ‘Nurse Mafia.’ Together they ganged up on victims and doxed, harassed, defamed, and mass reported to employees/authorities.
Smugnurse used her attractiveness and online charisma to help destroy the livelihoods of American women, the majority worked in healthcare. The nurse mafia hunted down anyone who took a stance against the government narrative and/or the tyrannical mandates in 2021-2.
Smugnurse made the news several times with her online vigilantism. One example, in 2021 she attempted to get a pediatric ophthalmic technician in Grand Rapids fired for voicing her opinion against the covid mandates.
The nurse mafia group attained some popularity for being badass nurses but in reality they were woke pawns of the government’s narrative. They were probably paid well for their services either by Tiktok and/or the Biden regime.
Smugnurse had deleted her account off Tiktok which destroyed most of the evidence of her criminal activity but other Tiktokers had reaction videos to her content that I was able to capture.
Biden’s autopen paid online influencers to push the government’s narrative and it’s highly likely the Nurse Mafia received U.S. taxpayer funds to defame and sack hardworking American healthcare workers during the Covid plandemic.
The tactics used by Smugnurse and her Nurse Mafia group were exactly the same as that Danesh guy. It’s almost as if they got the same training.
The Nurse Mafia wasn’t the only government supported online militia attacking Americans in 2020-2022. There was another prominent group called Project Halo which did the same thing as the Nurse Mafia but with a group of young doctors and backed by the U.N.
Tracking down the Nurse Mafia gang in 2025 – most of the accounts have been deactivated and/or they have switched their activism to current woke political agendas.

Howard Luthman said on The Unknown Podcast (10:47-10:52) that Danesh Noshirvan received funding from Iran, China and George Soros. I don’t know how he knows this but the dots are connecting as this appears to be a much larger criminal organization.

Danesh would like you to believe that he’s just a lone social justice warrior who just wants to make the world a better place but his criminal tactics, psychopathic arrogance and inflated following on TikTok belies a more sinister operation afoot.

RxOrcist was in the Nurse Mafia and made videos with/about Danesh.
A victim of Danesh named Coco describes how her life was destroyed by him.
During the Covid psyop, young nurses would turn to TikTok to vent and exercise their freedom of speech. If these nurses went against the government narrative, war was declared on them by this squad of so-called nurses who are/were connected to the Danesh Guy.
Danesh and his pals would publicly shame, threaten, dox, harass friends/family and of course, make formal complaints to employers and nursing boards. Many health professionals lost their jobs, had their licenses removed/suspended due to online complaints from all over the world. The complaints were crowdfunded by the Danesh gang.
Team Halo
There were multiple squads out there, one called ‘Project Halo’ or ‘Team Halo’ (#teamhalo) that was particularly pernicious and prominently backed by the U.N.’s Head of Communications, Melissa Fleming. Fleming proudly boasted on a WEF stage about creating Project Halo. The UN’s agreement with TikTok swerved the algorithms of #TeamHalo accounts, garnering them hundreds of thousands of views/followers.
Wait a minute, the United Nations is creating, funding and supporting online militia to attack people exercising their freedom of speech? Exactly.
The Danesh Guy appears to be but one cell of a much larger criminal organism. These three letter agency supported groups of influencers are sent out into the social media battlefield to attack/deplatform/defame/debank anyone that goes against the U.N./WHO/Bill Gates/Fauci/Govt. narratives.
Danesh made multiple videos with Team Halo pediatric doctor Rubin.
This may explain how Danesh identified/locate people online so quickly and effectively. Regardless, it is a fact that our government that has been waging war against freedom of speech- the censorship complex and Twitter files etc. They used a framework called AMITT (Adversarial Misinformation + Influence Tactics + Techniques.)
AMITTs goals include the communistic jargon of fighting ‘disinformation’ aka anything against the government narrative. The aims are to discredit, shame, and financial harm anyone who goes against the Covid narrative.
The Danesh Guy appears to be a cog of this machine described by Michael Shellenberger to congress on December 13, 2023 .
One last thing, Prince Harry has worked with the UN on numerous occasions. Melissa Fleming has written about Prince Harry’s ‘Halo Trust’ a foundation that Princess Diana started to remove mines around the world.
Prince Harry, coincidentally, has a squad of online terrorists called the Sussex Squad. Their mission, started in 2019, is to harass/dox/deplatform/debank (get fired from jobs) anyone – including professional journalists – who went against Harry + Meghan’s CIA-backed censorship/child safety/mental health narratives.
