Crime of the Century

Nobody – but nobody – absolutely nobody, wants mRNA technology gene based COVID injections anymore (Pfizer, Moderna, BioNTech); it is ineffective, does not sterilize the virus & is DEADLY! it is DEAD!

Unreported Truths, good stack by Berenson, see below for sharing

‘RIP, mRNA.

The once-heralded vaccine biotechnology officially died last week after a long illness. Maybe myocarditis or Type 1 diabetes. Could have been a shingles infection. Or possibly just a mix of uselessness and nasty side effects.

Dr. Mandy Cohen, the director of the Centers for Disease Control, accidentally announced mRNA’s passing on Friday on X (aka Twitter). Wearing a blue dress and her trademark vapid smile, Dr. Cohen admitted barely 1 out of 50 Americans have received the new mRNA Omicron booster.

Hours later, Pfizer confirmed the death, saying it will write off nearly $1 billion in mRNA jab inventory because of weak demand. Pfizer expects the market for shots to be one-third smaller than it predicted just weeks ago – though its new estimate still appears too high.

Okay, mRNAs aren’t actually dead. But even as the CDC and vaccine manufacturers to promote the new booster with massive ad campaigns, demand has collapsed. And Wall Street has noticed.

Since the announcements Friday, shares in Moderna – which unlike Pfizer has no other products and relies only on mRNA Covid shots for revenue – have fallen almost 15 percent. Amazingly, Moderna is now off 80 percent from its peak in summer 2021 (its highest weekly close ever came Sept. 10, 2021, one day after President Biden announced Covid jab workplace mandates).

Even more amazingly, Moderna and Pfizer now trade lower than they did in November 2020, before the companies announced clinical trial results that seemed to show the jabs worked near-perfectly against Covid. Since then, the two companies have sharply underperformed the stock market as a whole.

It’s as if the trials never happened.

(Destroying inventory, plunging share prices, and Travis Kelce shilling for a vaccine he wouldn’t even be allowed to get in most other countries: TWO THINGS AT ONCE! Oh, wait, that’s three.)

On a conference call to discuss Monday morning, Dr. Albert Bourla, Pfizer’s chairman and the World’s Favorite Veterinarian (TM), knew just who to blame for the shortfall in demand: anti-vaxxers.

“We are experiencing a peak of anti-vaccination rhetoric,” Bourla told investors. (Full disclosure: Bourla is a defendant in Berenson v. Biden, my federal lawsuit over the conspiracy to violate my First Amendment rights and ban me from Twitter in 2021.)

On the call, Bourla predicted about one in six Americans, or 55 million people, would take this year’s booster during the 2023-24 vaccination season. Less than a month ago – after the rollout had begun – Pfizer predicted the figure would be about one in four, or 82 million.

Put another way, Pfizer has cut its estimates for demand for the shots by one-third in a matter of weeks.

But even the new 55 million figure may be too high. It equals the number of the “bivalent” boosters given during the 2022/23 jab season – and Bourla told an analyst that Pfizer is simply assuming “the people that did it this year will continue doing it next year.”

Unfortunately for Pfizer and Moderna, that assumption so far is holding up about as well as the real-world protection the jabs provide. Politico reported yesterday that about 8 million shots had been administered this fall, compared to about 14 million bivalents at the same time last year. If demand continues at the same pace, that would translate into about 30 million shots this year – less than 10 percent of Americans.

And even that figure may be too high, because demand for the boosters has been front-loaded, so the gap may only widen over time. Further, Pfizer – which said Friday it plans to cut $3.5 billion in costs to help shore up profits – will likely pull much of its advertising and marketing for the shots soon if demand doesn’t pick up.

(Moderna? More like Last-year-a!)

Of course, Moderna and other companies will not stop trying to use mRNA biotechnology to try to develop vaccines. Moderna already has an mRNA jab for flu in late-stage trials.

But demand for existing flu shots, which are based on older and far simpler and more tested technology than the mRNAs, has remained strong and will far outpace the Covid jabs this year.

In other words, people aren’t rejecting the idea of an annual booster for a respiratory virus, they are rejecting the mRNAs specifically – because of side effects, lack of efficacy, or both. It is hard to think of another product – any other product – where public opinion has shifted so dramatically and quickly as the mRNA jabs. In two years, people have gone from begging for them to avoiding them.

So it’s equally hard to see how the mRNAs can ever compete directly with the older-style flu shots (or any vaccines based on more proven technology), much less get a premium price from insurer or patients.

Investors have clearly reached this conclusion, which is why they’re fleeing Moderna (and BioNTech, which supplies Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine).

Oh well. It was fun while it lasted.

Actually it wasn’t.’

Unreported Truths

Nobody – but nobody – wants mRNA jabs anymore

(I owe you more on Israel, but it feels like we all need a break from the awfulness. Some good news instead…) RIP, mRNA. Amanda Knox, Murder, Psychopaths

Joran van der Sloot finally confesses to murder (after initially blaming a black man – just like Amanda Knox did)

The psychopath who extinguished the life of Natalee Hollaway in 2005, has finally confessed. Not out of a guilty conscience, of course, psychopaths don’t feel guilt. Van der Sloot admitted his guilt in order to facilitate a plea deal in his current conviction for extortion.

Van der Sloot said he killed Natalee Holloway on a beach, bludgeoned her face with a cinderblock and then disposed of her body in the ocean . . .

Van der Sloot said Natalee Holloway had wanted to go back to her hotel that night, but he arranged for the two to get dropped off “a little bit further away from her hotel so we could walk back … and I might still get a chance to be with her,” van der Sloot said in the meeting with prosecutors.

As the two walked alone on the beach, van der Sloot said he “laid her down” and they began kissing, and then Holloway told him to stop.

But he said he kept pursing her, and Natalee Holloway “knees me in the crotch,” van der Sloot said, according to the transcript.

“When she knees me in the crotch I get up on the beach and I kick her extremely hard in the face,” he continued.

He said the teen was then “laying down unconscious, possibly even dead,” according to the transcript.

Van der Sloot told prosecutors he then found a cinderblock on the beach and “smashed” her head with it.

He said he walked into the ocean up to his knees and pushed Natalee Holloway’s body into the water.

Van der Sloot was sentenced to 20 years in prison to run concurrently with the sentence he received for murdering another young woman, Peruvian Stephany Flores. He will also have to pay restitution to Beth Holloway.

Everyone already knew van der Sloot did it, but he tried to deny it. He even falsely accused an innocent black man, just like Amanda Knox did when she was investigated for the murder of Meredith Kercher.

At least, Natalee’s parents get some closure to this unwarranted act of depravity. Unlike Meredith Kercher’s parents who were left with questions until the day they died.

Murder of Meredith Kercher

Part 1: Mignini’s Book – Victims

It has been a difficult task to conduct the investigation and process the trial and, at the same time, to defend myself from the colossal disinformation operation that has affected every act of the investigators.
At some point, I didn’t know what to do anymore.

Giuliano Mignini

At long last, we have Giuliano Mignini’s book about the murder of Meredith Kercher simply titled, ‘ MEREDITH KERCHER CASE- A JUDICIAL AFFAIR BETWEEN TWO CONTINENTS.’ The clarity of the title fits with the contents of the book, where the author shares his experience of investigating and prosecuting Meredith Kercher’s murder. His book is written with humor, humility, insight, wisdom and objectivity. Some might have expected the opposite, after years of being villainized.

Mignini points out the fact that at the start of this case, in 2007, there were no issues. The US government completely supported the Italian courts up to and including the 2009 guilty verdicts. US diplomats checked in regularly and had no issue at all with the incarceration or judicial process. There were no complaints or questions about anything from the US regarding Italy’s handling of the case. Suddenly, in 2011, seemingly overnight, everything changed. This change occurred because one of the defendants (Amanda Knox) hired a public relations (PR) firm.

A narrative was constructed, implemented and deployed. The narrative seemed to be along the lines of, “the murderer is now the victim and one of the four prosecutors (Mignini) is the perpetrator.” What followed were a series of well-funded, broadly publicized attacks on a pillar of Perugian society – Giuliano Mignini.

. . .the protagonists of the story, presented, especially at the beginning of the investigation . . . as a kind of “circe” and “insatiable” seducer or “deviless” or “witch”, with her curious nickname “Foxy Knoxy”. [Amanda Knox called herself Foxy Knoxy on her MySpace page.]
I do not remember having ever used or even thought about such expressions, which have often been attributed to me by overseas media and even by some British people. And why all this? Because the “narrative” created by Gogerty Marriott Inc., the Seattle-based media relations firm, mandated this all-false narrative to fuel media pressure that could inform court decisions about the case.

I was assigned the part of the “medieval” and, of course, obscurantist in-quisitor, a sort of judicial “Bernardo Gui”, who had, at any cost, to punish the
“devil” from the face “of angel” . . .

Giuliano Mignini

The PR came out of Seattle, WA, and generated a furor of hate towards Mignini. He received threatening letters, even from a judge.

. . .this American judge . . . assured me that I would acquire great merits to the Americans and to the whole world if I had worked to get Amanda acquitted… but “woe to me”, if I had not accepted the invitation. . . That letter was the first warning, and then letters and drawings were to come in, much less pleasant and far more offensive and threatening always from the States. At one point, it seemed to me that I had become a kind of Osama bin Laden, for the Americans . . .

Giuliano Mignini

Due to his profession, Mignini was not allowed to respond to the unrelenting and unfair attacks, until now. Since he retired in 2020, he is now able to share his side of the story with his book. It is a saga that continues to this day.

More recently, a clever spider spun Mignini’s unfortunate treatment into a way to align Knox with him. (‘Aligning’ is a mainstay of public relations.) Knox’s claim to fame (besides being a convicted slanderer) was being victimized by the press, so the new narrative became: ‘they (Mignini + Knox) are both victims of the press.” From 2017-9 the press reported that Amanda wanted to meet Mignini and become friends since they were both victims of the media. She contacted him via intermediaries, repeatedly, begging him to meet with her. Mignini explains in his book that after painful deliberations, he relented and met with Amanda once in 2022.

The problem with this latest PR spin, is that Knox is the one who bought the press to begin with. PR purchased with papa’s coin and paid off via interviews, book deals, speaking engagements, donations and Netflix flops – millions and millions of dollars. So, no, there is no comparison.

You might say, however, that Mignini and Merdith were both victims…of the same perpetrator.

(To be continued.)
